Cited, not endorsed or affiliated. The organizations listed on this page are authoritative independent sources. We cite them because they publish reliable information about homeschool law and funding. We are not affiliated with, paid by, or endorsed by any of them.

How we research and update

State law data: each state's requirements were researched from its official Department of Education website and cross-referenced with HSLDA summaries. We do not have a fixed re-check schedule; we update a state's page when we are notified of a statutory change or when a review surfaces an inaccuracy.

Funding programs: program details (amounts, eligibility, deadlines) change frequently. We link directly to each program's official page rather than reproducing the details ourselves, so parents always see the current information at source.

What we do not do: we do not claim a quarterly attorney review of all states (we have not completed one for every state). We do not claim any endorsement from the organizations we cite. We do not take affiliate fees from funding programs.
